4. User Eligibility

By using our Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence to enter into these Terms. Our Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use our Platform, and if necessary, must obtain consent from a parent or guardian.

Certain countries may have legal restrictions that prevent access to our Platform. By using our Platform, you confirm that you are not located in any of the restricted countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine regions: Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Myanmar, Central African Republic, China, Congo DR, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe. NFTlogia offers users generative content tools and marketplace features powered by AI. These tools include, but are not limited to, nft filters, editing utilities, templates, and artistic effects. While providing these services, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at our discretion.

6. User Account

To access specific features, you must create a user account by providing accurate and complete information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. You agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.

In some cases, we may require additional documents or information from you to verify your identity or ensure compliance with laws. Failure to provide this may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activities, including any content you upload or create, and agree not to use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

7. Account Inactivity

If your account remains inactive for six (6) consecutive months, we reserve the right to suspend or block your account. We may attempt to notify you prior to such action. We are not liable for any consequences of account suspension due to inactivity.

8. Payment Instructions

• Purchasing AI Products and Pricing: You can buy AI products through the shopping cart on our Platform. Prices for products will be clearly displayed, and some services may incur additional fees. Prices may change over time, but previous purchases will not be affected by these changes.
• Methods of Payment and Currency: Payment can be made via various methods, including credit and debit cards. All payments on our platform are processed in Euro (EUR).
• Payment Processors: We use third-party payment service providers to process transactions. Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider, not us. We do not hold or manage your funds, and we are not liable for any issues with the payment services.
• Taxes and Charges: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. These charges may not be included in the listed prices and will be displayed during the checkout process.

9. Delivery Policy

Once your purchase is confirmed, digital files associated with your order will be delivered to your account within 1-3 business days. While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

10. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order before payment is processed. Once payment is confirmed, cancellations are not possible. If you wish to cancel before payment, remove the items from your cart. For refunds after payment, refer to our Refund Policy.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. However, if a user has completed a payment but did not receive the NFT, or claims to have purchased the wrong item, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of the purchase for further review.

12. User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of any User-Generated Content you create or upload on our Platform. However, by uploading or sharing such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User-Generated Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Platform.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User-Generated Content you create or upload. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use and share such content. You agree not to upload or share content that infringes upon intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Monitoring and Removal: We reserve the right to monitor and moderate User-Generated Content on our Platform. We may remove or disable any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

l) Misrepresentation: Provide false or misleading information related to your use of our Platform.
m) Circumvention: Bypass or manipulate security measures or restrictions on our Platform.
n) System Abuse: Engage in activities that negatively impact the performance of our Platform.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lithuania and EU.
