License Agreement for Purchased AI-Generated NFTs

When you buy an AI-generated NFT from NFTlogia, you are granted a royalty-free, perpetual license to use the NFT for both personal and commercial purposes. The following outlines the conditions of this license and provides examples to clarify how you can use your purchased NFTs.

Allowed Uses

After purchasing an NFT, you are free to use it in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:

Commercial Use

You are permitted to use the NFTs in commercial projects such as websites, advertisements, social media campaigns, packaging, and other promotional materials. For example, a business may use the NFT in an advertising campaign to promote their product on social media or in print advertisements.

Personal Use

You may incorporate the NFTs into personal projects, including blogs, art creations, and personal websites. For example, a blogger may include the NFT in a post to enhance their content visually.

Digital Products

The NFTs can be used in digital products like eBooks, applications, and presentations. For instance, a startup could incorporate the NFT into the design of their app or in a PowerPoint presentation for a pitch to investors.

Physical Products

You are allowed to use the NFTs for physical products, such as t-shirts, posters, mugs, and other merchandise for sale. For example, an online store could print the NFT on clothing and offer it as part of their collection.

Restricted Uses

While we allow a wide range of uses, some restrictions apply to protect the rights of all parties involved:

Reselling or Redistribution

You are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the NFTs in their original format. For example, you cannot download an NFT and upload it to another marketplace to sell it.

Trademarking

You may not use the NFT as part of a logo or trademark without obtaining explicit permission. For example, a company cannot register the purchased NFT as part of their brand logo.

Illegal or Offensive Uses

The NFTs cannot be used in ways that are illegal, harmful, or defamatory. For example, the NFTs cannot be used in campaigns that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

Unlimited Access and Re-Downloads

Once you have purchased an NFT, you will have lifetime access to download it as many times as needed from your NFTlogia profile. As long as your account remains active, you can revisit the “Downloads” section to access your files.
