Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. However, if a user has completed a payment but did not receive the NFT, or claims to have purchased the wrong item, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of the purchase for further review.

- Corrupted or Defective File: If you purchased an NFT and, upon downloading, the file is corrupted, defective, or otherwise unusable.
- No Download or Access: If you have not downloaded or accessed the NFT after purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Non-Delivery of NFT or Wrong Item: If you completed a payment but did not receive the NFT, or if you claim to have purchased the wrong item, you may submit a refund request within 14 days of the purchase for further review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the product, we typically do not offer refunds. However, exchanges or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Downloaded or Accessed Product: If you have already downloaded or accessed the purchased NFT and it is not corrupted or defective, refunds will not be granted.
- Late Refund Requests: Refund requests made after the 14-day period from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
Requesting a Refund

- Order Number: Provide your unique order number so we can quickly locate your purchase.
- Reason for Refund: Explain the issue clearly, such as why the file is unusable, why you did not receive the NFT, or why you believe you purchased the wrong item.
- Supporting Documentation: If applicable, include screenshots or detailed descriptions showing the problem (e.g., corrupted file, inability to access, or proof of non-delivery).
Refund Process
If your request is approved, we will process the refund via the same payment method you used for the original purchase (Visa or MasterCard). Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor’s refund policy.
Exceptions and Special Considerations
In cases where a refund is not possible but you remain unsatisfied with your purchase, we may offer alternative resolutions such as:
- An exchange for another NFT of equal value.
- A store credit for use on future purchases.
